there isn't any one quality but a few i consider to be top qualities are 1. follow thru i.e if you count to three be prepared to act on three! 2. instill in your child to the point there is no question about it you will always love them ! 3. Trust. It is everything both ways you want to be able to put your trust in them just as much as they in you also if there is a mutual trust respect and admiration along with other things tend to follow

That's a complicated question but a quick answer Responsibility and Love together and maybe endurance, you just got to keep going, even when your tired and sick. Example of love without responsibility: Their are a lot of kids in foster care who's birth parents love them but just can't take care them because for whatever reason they can't be responsible in all areas of their life.

listening to your children and taking their hopes, fears and needs seriously while still protecting them when needed. Letting them be individuals and never judging them if you don't agree with their life choices.
