how can pa dot add time to a license suspension after they already added to it once?
i was sentenced in court for 1 year suspension and 1 year interlock. ayear later when i contacted pa dot about the interlock they told me i was suspended for 5 years. i finally recieved a letter a week later. about 1 year after that i got another letter saying they added 3 more months . why did it take so pong to be notified and how can they keep adding time?

Your not tell the whole story. Are there any fines hanging out there? Did you miss any court ordered classes? If not then contact a lawyer to get your license back for you.
