what do you do to increase germination in eustoma or lisianthus seeds.?

the seed is really tiny a seed pack of 200 looks like one corner of the envelope has dust in the crease

    Germination: Best sown indoors at 68-86°. Sow on the surface with no cover and they will germinate in 20-30 days. Plants will grow very slowly for about 6 weeks after germination. Not recommended for outdoor sowing, as seeds are too small.

    Eustoma grandiflorum - Lisianthus

    It is a naturally slow germinating and slow growing seed/plant..

    The only thing you might do is lay the seeds on a wet paper towel no longer than 8 hours.
