If Huckabee said Chuck Norris would be Secretary of Defense would you switch and vote for him?
I wasn't going for Huckabee before, but if he said that Chuck Norris would be the secretary of defense, I would have to vote for him, it would be awesome and it would probably be in all reality a good thing. With all the crap the ALL the candidates are feeding everyone, would that be enough for you to switch your vote for something that cool?
it's not like he's gonna rip off his sleeves and go on the front line with a machine gun
chuck was in the US air force. the president is commander in chief. it all started when they chose general George Washington. None presidential candidates have any experience for such a role.

Absolutely NOT. Under no circumstances would I EVER vote for Huckabee and I am a solid Republican. He's a dishonest, slimey, snakeoil salesman.
Chuck Norris is an actor and martial artist. Just because he appears tough does not mean he's qualified for such an important position. If Huck would offer such a position as a reason to vote for him, it would only confirm in my mind what an idiot he really is!

Chuck Norris is a good man, and he exhibited that he was the best in performance fighting in the world. He has done much more than that since he was retired from active sports fighting, and for that he is to be commended. But he is not even close to being qualified to hold such a position, and it would be a liability for Huckabee to even consider such. I think Chuck would even admit that.
::: looks around to be sure that Chuck isn't close by, for if he was forceful about it, I would change my opinion :::

I'd like to point out that Chuck does happen to be a military veteran. I don't recall details, but if memory serves, he was in the Air Force in the Sixties, and I think stationed in Korea.

Norris is an ageing actor, he is not a politician. I believe you hero worshipers should learn to keep your fantasies out of politics, it serves nobody to think that he (Norris) has any special skills to be secretary of defense !

Huck and Chuck are cool. I will defiantly vote republican unless McCain gets the nomination and asks some democrat to be his running mate, then I will have to rethink my vote.
