    Tangy Beef or Pork Marinade

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar

    1/8 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup maple syrup (pure maple syrup is best) or honey

    1 teaspoon ground ginger

    1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

2 tablespoons sesame oil or olive oil

    1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Mix red wine vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, mustard.

    Stir well.

Taste for your own taste preferences.

It should have a sweet tangy taste.

Add garlic, sesame oil and optional red pepper flakes.

    Mix well.

Pour into ziploc bag, add meat and press out all air.

Marinate in fridge for several hours shaking the contents often as the oil will separate.

I usually marinate overnight, but a couple hours is fine too.

Marinating overnight makes the meat extremely tender and flavorful.

The soy sauce measurement is low for our taste preference as we don't like it's salty taste.

You can adjust however you wish to your liking.

I don't measure any of the ingredients and I add alot of ginger and red pepper flakes because we like the additional kick.

    MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmarinade...

let's see olive oil, salt ,pepper, red wine vinegar, finely chopped red onion, soy sauce..just a little and one stalk of celery finely chopped. All ingredients should be measured to your taste.Just don't overdo it with any of them.Rub it in with your hand and seal in a Ziploc bag over night or for at least two hours.Pour everything into the roaster/pot cook til done.If you want you can add more whole celery with carrots while cooking. When done put all the veggies and liquid in a blender and blend.BOOM ....you have an instant sauce or gravy with no flour or corn starch.Always put the meat, chicken or pork on a plate when it's done and cover tightly with tin foil for 10 mins.It will be even more juicy when you cut it.

    Good luck

2 tablespoon honey, salt, pepper, chilli powder, chilli flake/crushed chillies, soya sauce, a pinch of sugar, chopped onion, maybe 1 green chilli if you want. 1/2 tablespoon of ginger and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic. Mix into a bowl, then add the chicken, pork, or ribs or anyother meat, leave for an hour or two , overnight is better, then cook and enjoy sweet and spicy Really yummy..............

    BEEF:

Rub it down with spicy mustard

Sprinkle: Adobo, chili powder, garlic powder, basil, and a little salt and pepper. let sit for a few hours in fridge.

Put in a bowl with terriaki sauce

let marinate for at least 1 day.

Then cook it on the grill to your liking. Usually I cook it till the inside temp is 155 to 160 (med)

Let sit inside for about 5 minutes before you cut it.

Then slice it on an angle (about 45 degree angle)

Sit back and taste the goodness

Source(s): This is my own. you will not find it anywhere else. thats why I dont have measurements.

    Greek Chicken

    Teriyaki Steak

    Satay Pork

Don't know the recipes, but you'll find online. All of the above great in casseroles or on the BBQ.

This is my adaptation of my Korean mother-in-law's "bulgolgi" marinade.

1 cup or so of soy sauce

    1 tsp black pepper

    1-3 tsp sugar

1 can of cola (coke or pepsi, cherry coke is yummy too)

    3 minced garlic cloves.

1-3 chopped green onions. (save some for garnish)

Mix altogether and let your meat marinate for as long as you want- grill and enjoy!
