how can i tell if i have psoriasis, celiac's disease or lichen planar?

I can't get a dermatologist appointment for 6 weeks. The rash is on my lower shin in the front, mildly itchy, started with a single spot and spread. It gets better and worse. It might be diet related, I can't quite tell.

Why not try going on a gluten free diet for a little while to find out? Go gluten free for a few weeks and do the diet properly. I had "psoriasis" all the time until I was diagnosed with celiac disease and went on the diet, I haven't seen it since. Mine also got "better and worse". Give it a shot, good luck.

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"

I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!

Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:

    the red, inflamed itchy skin.

The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.

The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.

The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.

But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.

You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

You can look up pics of all of those cases, but it can't be diagnosed that way. -

I have plaque psoriasis, and it most commonly begins on the elbows and knees. Not sure if that's always th case.

Your regular doctor should at least be able to give you some cortisone cream to help out a bit, and ask your pharmacist about an antihistimine if you ar very itchy.

Go to a regular doctor. You can put some cortisone on it temporarily. Probably not celiac disease, unless you already know you have it and have the derm variety.
