help i feel absolutely terrible!?

i woke up this morning with an awful sore throat. it feels really raw and it's absolutely terrible to swallow anything, even my own saliva! my chest does have some pressure, my nose feels plugged up but its not stuffy. my gums also feel itchy? help!

    I know how that feels!!!!! I HATE it, it came out of no where, rite?? and it's the Flue! ..go check it out at the doctors.

    You sound the same way my daughter feels it's the Flu , and it sucks , just rest and drink lots of fluids , and rest it will go away.

    It is not the flu none of the symptoms sounds like strep thorat or a cold

    ... just exactly, WHAT,...(if anything) is it,.. that you believe anyone of us could really DO?
