Watching the returns I notice that there twice as many Democrats votes than Republicans. Am I mistaking?
For example, in New Jersey, over 700,000 Democrats, but only about 300,000 Republicans. IIs it usually like this?
In Delaware, around 90,000 Democrat votes, only about 40,000 Republican votes. Could it be that the choice of Republican candidate is weak that Republican voters prefer to abstain?
Connecticut, around 250,000 Democrat votes, around 100,000 Republican votes

That's whats happening all right. People are eager to reverse the damage done in the last 8 years and don't trust a republi-con to do it, since they've been accessories to it all along.

I'm sure that there are more Dems voting right now, but dont' be fooed by the numbers...........the Reps count their electoral votes differently from the Dems.........so that may be where you are confused, but definitely this is a dems year........there is absolutely no real consensus as to who the reps want as their president, because their is too much divide right now with their party. I'm pretty sure Mccain will win it for the reps, but the dems are going to the white house, unless they really screw it up come Nov.

If you really think that means the Repubs don't care, you will be lamenting that belief in the general election.
