Anyone else having a hard time with new #'s and new sponsors?

LOL I'm watching the Bud Shootout practice on SPEED and Dale Jr's in the #88, Mark Martin is in theArmy # 8 and Kasey Kahne with the Budwiser #9 are all 3 together in a pack! I got a little cornfuzeled!!! LOLOLOLOL

It's gonna be a wierd but interesting year! I just wanted to wish all of you a great 2008 season and I look forward to all the great new questions! I do wish all the driver bashing and sexually derogitory remarks would end, there's no need for it, we all have our favorites and non favorites, let's just leave it at that and talk NASCAR!!!

Good Luck Yall!!!!

I'm ok with all of them except Casey Mears in the #5 car. It's not him being in the #5 thats throwing me off, it's the paint scheme they're still running on that car. When I see the bright yellow and blue designed the way they have it, I still think Kyle Busch.

I think they should have given it a new look for Casey this season.

I agree. The Bud Shootout is tomorrow and I'm fired up. What will they call it next year? Maybe the Silver Bullet Shootout? Sometimes it's really tough when drivers associated with a particular number or sponsor leave a team or retire. Kurt Busch in the blue deuce just didn't seem right and I think it's sort of like that with the Bud car. Heck, it took me half a season to get used to Jamie McMurray not being in the Texaco Havoline car, when he switched to Roush. The M&Ms 38 car didn't seem right without Elliott Sadler and it was weird when Bobby Labonte left the Interstate Batteries 18 car. Oh well, we will all adjust it's just that some of you might cheer for the wrong car at times. Luckily the Lowe's Impala has the same driver and paint scheme so I'm hoping it will finish in the same position this year. GOING FOR 3 STRAIGHT IN '08!!!!

Not really, but it will be interesting when all 3 are together on the track. The 9 will look like an 8 in BUD-The 8 you will expect to hear"and there goes Junior using the hig groove to pass", not "moving to the front is Martin and the Army car", and the 88 will revert me back to the original UPS Jarrett days!! Let's just hope the 88 is in victory lane at the end of the 500!!!! GO JR!!!

Every year i have trouble the 1st couple weeks of the season getting new drivers, cars, sponsors & #s straight, but there are more major changes this year. If I can learnto spot the 88 in a crowd, I'll be happy!!!

Nope, I've printed out a list of all the changes, I've pretty much got them down, its just going to be hard with some of the color changes, I'm just ready for everything to begin..Whats gonna be wild is seeing if Larry Mac on trackside & the Fox booth can remember all of this, on his website and email line he said he has made him out a cheet sheet to keep everything straight, I'm sure we are going to hear some boo-boos.

Go Dale Jr & Hms in 2008

Not much acutally. I only get confused with Mears in the Kellogs car because it look exactly the same as last year....Where JR has a new car and have we seen enough of it over the off season lol.

Kinda, sorta, but not really. Once the season has actually begun, everything will fall into place the way it should. Just keep UR eyezzzz on the 88, and alll will be good. I saw that too, and know what UR sayin, but this is what itz all about. Gotta agree with one thing.....stop the bashin and get to watchin!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya need to back off the brewskis Shorty! I like the new cars. Martin looks cool in black.

I'm also liking Junior's camel commercial.

    "No leaking fluid on me."
