Thumbs down this guy needs to go back to being an offensive coordinator, he sucked horribly as head coach, and obviously play favorites. He has known Ted Ginn since TG was a kid, and used to coach Trent Green. Now, sure green WAS good but after his concussion against the Bengals a season before this one, he should have drafted Brady Quinn like the world was thinking he was going to. Horrible coach, horrible draft picks Just plain flat Horrible!
