Does anyone realize??

Does anyone other than me, realize that income tax and prohibition is a violation of our constitutional rights? Or has it been that long since we've had rights that we've forgotten them?

Update:

Don't tell me a government cannot exist with out income tax, because it did just fine before it was implemented.

Right, the federal income tax (not all taxes) under sect 16 are only required by law to be paid by corporations, not the employees.

how can a government exist without some sort of income tax? There would be no court to hear your arguments about what is consitutional!

Sorry Penny, I don't want my employer to be the only funder of government - i would far rather every citizen had that duty in order to garantee rights of every individual.

Many people will agree with you. My husband and I have often talked about this. It is the reason so many fled England and now here we are doing the same thing.
