has anyone here ever received an answer to a question that really challenged your thinking about an issue?

I have on many occasions, both answers to my questions and some answers I've seen to other people's questions.

I've had my knowledge challenged by both Atheist and Christian alike ... I don't know that much about Pagan, Wiccan or the Indian religions, so I rarely even look at their questions, sorry.

I think I challenged someone's thinking about an issue when I answered a question about whether we preferred to live in dreams or reality. I said, Reality IS a dream. My answer got picked as the best. I totally didn't expect that. I didn't even expound upon my thought.

How can you expect to hear from the other side, when the question itself contains negativity and clear hatred towards one another, the sensible questions people ask about Islam and they really want to know, i try to help to the best of my knowledge.

Not really. I have however read many a question, and even more answers, that make me wonder how half the population of the planet manage to dress themselves in the morning.
