Am i losing too much weight too fast?
i am over weight by i think 80 lbs by all the health calculators
21 years old male 6 foot 1 280 pounds
i weighed 280 lbs last week i weighed myself on 3 different scales before and after they all said 280 no i weigh 255 by the end of the week is this harmful i have stopped eating as much trough out the day such as many snacks and drinks and only eat one small meal a day mostly fruits or vegetables and i am exercising 1 hour a day any suggestions.

JEEZ! that is a lot of weight loss in 1 week! i'll be honest it's not healthy to generally loose 25 pounds in 1 week. Most of the weight is water weight so since that's out of your body it's best to keep the exercise and diet up but i recomend you eat more to get your proteins but not too much cause then you gain more instantly. Damn but i wish i lost 25 pounds in 1 week! I am on a diet and lost 4 pounds in a week! Keep up the work but don't starve yourself.

I don't think that this is very good to lose 25 pounds in one week. You have to eat in order to burn fat and lose weight. You could throw your body into starvation mode if you don't eat right.

This is the best way for it to be done. The quick diet pill way will only make you get twice as large when you come off of them.

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
