Need good ideas for naming our mock saloon...any ideas?

My husband is building an entertainment center in the likeness of an old western saloon. At the top we're going to paint a sign with the name of it. We thought it would be cute to play on the word 'brews' since our last name is 'Bruce' but I want something better than just 'Brews Saloon'. All ideas welcome, and appreciated!
