How to take sausage out of the casing?
Perhaps the dumbest cooking question ever: I want to crumble the chicken sausage I have for dinner. How do I take it out of the casing? Is it just as simple as slitting it with a knife and taking it out? Will the uncased sausage crumble as if it were hamburger then?

The way I do it is to twist the sausage in the middle and then squeeze the sausage out either end. It's less messy than slitting the casing up the middle and you get more sausage out of the casing.

1. Slit the sausage casing and extract the meat.
2. Cut of an end or cut in half and squeeze out the meat.

NO!, don't do that, 1, sausage casing is made from animals, so it will have germs in it like e coli before it gets cooked, so you could get a bad infection or she could from using it. 2- Even though it looks like a condom, it can't be used as one, sperm might get it's way through it, condoms you see have a special lubricated coating and special chemicals to stop the sperm from leaving the condom, the sausage casing doesn't have that. Your best bet would be to either do her in the a$$, or not have sex at all. Doing her in the A$$ is highly impossible that you will get her pregnant vs. doing her in the vagina and most likely getting her pregnant

That's all you do....slice the casing up the side of the sausage, and peel it off. Cook it as you would hamburger meat, but add a little oil.

You got it
Slice it down the side and pull the sausage out. It should crumble fairly easily after that.
Good Luck!

It is just as simple as slitting the casing and removing the sausage. Then break it up as you cook it. It won't crumble as easy as hamburger... you will have to work at it a bit.

Yes, just slit the casing. Chicken sausage may not crumble, but you will be able to chop it.

Yup. All you have to do is slit it with a knife and take it out. And there you have it!
