By far.
Unfortunately, that is what might actually occur.
Politicians these days are not interested in helping the general public, but rather themselves.
The Nixon administration was marked by CIA actions and Watergate. He also altered the World Bank to become a corporate exploiting organization.
Bush is marked with human rights abuses, some CIA actions, and utter defiance of international law, along with a general corporate welfare tactic at the expense of public welfare. Lying has also reached an unprecdented degree under Bush.
Interestingly enough, both men are quite religious, with Nixon holding Sunday services at the White House and Bush's constant use of religion. Well, put it this way, neither of them have done actions that will send them to heaven.
I just hope that Obama doesn't do it.

Rooster - another with pointed views but afraid to deal with email.
Contrary to Rooster and others, as Commander in Chief, Bush has the ultimate responsibility of all war crimes under his watch.
There is certainly a lot of information available to Bush about war crimes being committed every day. As pawns in this war we have access to only a small part of that information.
Bush has addressed the situation by copping out of moral and ethical behavior and, instead has moved to protect all Americans, by law, to not be charged for any offenses they may have or may committed in Iraq. This includes the murderous Blackwater group.
However, that law is not only illegal it is an admission of guilt.

What imaginary world are these people living in?
In the first place, Obama hasn't even gained the nomination for the democratic candidate for President of the USA!
Not withstanding the fact that The presidential election doesn't take place until November.
Obama has a very long way to go, to meet his expectations.
I predict that he will be left in the dust, either by Hillary, or if somehow he does get the Democratic nomination, the next president of the United States of America, John McCain!
Now for the second bit of discrepancy in your question, the subject of "someone " issuing a pardon to President bush! Before a pardon can be issued there has to be some conviction of a crime or at the very least, an impeachment! Since President Bush has broken absolutely no laws, for which he could be impeached your question is totally irrelevant and is blatantly exposed for what it is. That is, an unwanted unsolicited opinion of a troll.
Thank you very much!

Did he use a Barrett .50 to shoot the ambulance driver? That's a crime against ballistic wastefulness.

i'm a registered voter for my state. I voted contained in the wide-spread Election. i am going to vote in November. i do no longer recognize, for particular, for whom i am going to vote contained in the Presidential Election.

So you represent a bunch of drivel to be factual as a pretext for phony war crimes- lmao!! Liberals are too funny!!
You'd be better off focusing on why Billy Clinton let Al Queida get organized to the point that they were able to take out the World Trade Center. Oh yes, was it because he was too distracted getting intern satisfaction?

John A I agree Ralph Nader is one of the major reasons why GWB was elected President.....If Obama wants to make major change and repair all the damage done by this current administration he will not PARDON Bush....IF he does pardon this idiot then he will be a one term President and we will have another 4 years of the GOP who's motto is LIE CHEAT and STEAL

Can't see that happening. He would, however, have to extradite him before he could be held accountable. Both Bush and Cheyney have their exit strategies worked out for them.

I dont see a democrate pardoning a repbublican. you are talking about a repbulican (surprise) parding another repbulican that he hand selected to replace him when he resigned not just leaving bc his term was over.
