What's the worst customer service you've ever gotten?

Tonight, I was waiting for my Chinese food to arrive. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to see how much longer it would be. I was told that they were so busy tonight that they decided to cancel my order, since I live a bit far from the restaurant. I've gotten my food delivered by them before, and never had a problem. They have my telephone number, they should have called to tell me that they weren't coming, since they didn't have the foresight to just not accept my order at all. They would have just let me go all night without letting me know anything. They didn't even apologize. Grr! What's the worst service you've gotten?

    I needed some body parts for my car. I called our local junk yard to see if they had a car like mine so I could take a fender and bumper from it. I called and barely got out the word "HELLO" when I was told rather rudely that I should come out and he would give me the grand tour...Then Click he hung up on me. So i did, and was ignored for over 30 minutes. The guy looked busy so I didn't want to interrupt and get scalded. This other MALE customer comes in and gets acknowledged right away. So I left and decided that I would go wholesale for brand new parts instead of this super-jerk. He has a reputation of being both VERY sexist, and incredibly rude, but he has the biggest selection I have ever seen and I DO know about Mechanics thanks to my dad being one himself. However I DO need to work on driving AROUND poles instead of INTO them. Darn thing, jumped right in front of me I swear.

    Best Buy. I tried to return something and they actually yelled at me. I called the 800 number and explained the situation. The 800 number people called them and told them they have to take the item back. I am 20 minutes from the store, and I had to go there twice to return one item. I will never shop there again. Afterwards, I read an article rating them very low on customer service, and I had a good laugh over that.

    I had a waitress drop a plate of food scraps in my lap...then still charged me for the meal. She didn't charge me for a cup of coffee though. Never been back there!

    haha this waitress, she made a mistake on the order, and my dad told her it was wrong. she gave him this horrible look, and she had this whole, "whatever" thing going on. she looked half asleep too.
