this is absolutely not acceptable. infants feel pain just as adults do. and anyone who can be in favor of the torture of an infant is capable of any inhumane act... is this who we want running our country? i certainly dont

But, it doesn't matter now anyway.

Obama voted against it in 2002, but in late 2002 the federal bill passed anyway, and Bush signed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act into law.

Partial Birth abortions were also banned by Bush in 2003.

The only purpose that records of these votes serve now, is to let people know who voted for what.

Hillary always voted FOR allowing Partial Birth abortions (so did Bill), too. But even Hillary didn't vote against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. I still don't like Hillary, though.

What medical condition would require that they head cannot exit without hurting the mother? And the head exists anyway!

Anyone that votes to let babies die should not be president. Of course I haven't heard about it, but I will check it out. I still think Hillary will make the better candidate for president. Go Hillary 08

First of all, suprised that he was present to even cast a vote. Second, I'm not suprised at his take on this issue. It's clear that he doesn't care about these babies. I can't imagine how people can leave babies to just die. Sad.

I am ambivilant about there being government regulation of abortion at all levels. But it seems to me that with a viable child it is pretty clearly murder. Why don't state laws already cover that?

No it is certainly not acceptable. Who else will he want to let die. Next it will be the elderly so we can make room for the younger generations.
