What is the best hotel in San Antonio?

There are several very nice hotels, and each has it's own stong features.

There are the Resort Hotels on the periphery of the city near Sea World or SIx Flags:

Hyatt Hill Country Resort

Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch

Westin La Cantera Resort

There is one near the South Texas Medical Center

Omni San Antonio at the Colonade

Most are in the Downtown/Riverwalk area

The Contessa

La Mansion del Rio

Westin Riverwalk

Hotel Valencia

Watermark

Crown Plaza

Havana Riverwalk Inn

Hyatt Regency Riverwalk

Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk

Hilton Palacio del Rio

Plaza San Antonio

There are some Historic Hotels the best being

The St. Anthony

There is also a 4 star Bed and Breakfast near the Downtown area in the historic King William District

The Beaureguard House.

There are numerous other very nice hotels, but these are the top of the line in San Antonio.

I would also consider the Menger and the Sheraton Gunter Hotel.

My favorites are the Plaza, the St Anthony, and La Mansion del Rio.

Though I have lived in San Antonio most of my life, I also came for numerous meetings when I was living elsewhere and stayed at several local hotels, these are the best.

Also in B&Bs if you are interested are the Noble House Inns B&Bs, consisting of the Oge House, the Jackson House and the Carriage House, all in the King William District.

All of these hotels have websites and can be seen online.

The Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk are 2 smart hotels indoors the downtown section indoors of walking distance of ALOT of subject concerns to do on a similar time as in San Antonio. The Grand Hyatt in basic terms opened indoors of an comparable section very final 365 days. have not been, even no count if that's meant to be incredibly smart. choose this permits.

I'd say the best hotel in San Antonio is either the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk and the Marriott Rivercenter. When the new Grand Hyatt opens up, it will be the best hotel in the city.

There really isnt any "best hotel" in San Antonio. However, there are a few haunted hotels in San Antonio. If I were to recommend one, I would stay at the Hilton.

Outside of downtown: Westin La Cantera or Hyatt Hill Country.

when i went in 06 i stayed in the el tropicano riverwalk hotel .. it was pretty nice, despite the construction being done.

i hear La Mansion is the most luxurious. Um..definitely don't go to embassy suites, they have hidden camera footage of house keepers wiping down drinking glasses with the same cloths they clean the toilet. gross...lol
