I am planning to eloping next week, and i am extremely nervous. Any advice on how to calm my nerves?

    Nope. Just focus in on the excitement. This is your moment to enjoy it! Never will you be able to recapture this exact moment of premarital bliss again. By next week, you will be MARRIED.

    Don't try to fight it (that never works), simply enjoy it. It IS exciting, isn't it? So many brides get stressed....focus your feeling into excitement, not anxiety. Your wedding and marriage will be great. See the big picture, not the details...

    P.S. I find it funny that some people would automatically turn to drugs and/or alcohol for dealing with normal moments of one's life. The U.S. seems to have a real problem with this. Feelings are a normal part of life that do not always have to be medicated folks.

    How exciting! I say invite a couple of your friends over who are aware of your plans, have some wine and talk about it with them. You could go shopping for your trip and make sure you have everything... Have your hair and nails done! Take a couple of days to pack and before you know it, it will be time to leave!   • Being super nervous is part of the fun. Just think, would you want to marry someone if you weren't so ridiculously excited about it? Sometimes I scream and jump up and down LOL. I think it helps....

    You know yourself the best - just do whatever makes you relax. Whether that's taking a long bath, reading a book, going hiking, just do something to take your mind off of the stresses of things.

    hey dear you can mail me out na . you hv forgot me. i am a physical therapist as well as your friend also . look you do one thing you keep on doing light activiess like trademill exe., then you can go for jogging at greeny place early morning and evening. you can cook new foods if you r interesed i cooking . and you be with your friends like me constantly and consistently dear. i would be glad if you have mailed me your this problem. whatever cu.
