Does anyone remember a couple of people known as the Dastardly Duo?
An old memory popped up earlier today and I'm trying to remember where this name came from. I looked it up on Google, but got garbage, but I know there were a couple with that nickname. It could be villains from a cartoon or TV show, might be a comic book villain, or something else entirely. I just can't remember the details. Thanks for the help.

they were soo funnny
it was evil guy and some dog with funny laugh
they try to make the other racers in last but they always fail and end up in last place

Well, the skinny guy and dog were Dick Dastardly and Muttley from the Hanna-Barbara"Wacky Races" cartoon. These two also were the main characters in the old "Stop the Pigeon" cartoons from around the same time. Not sure if they were officially the "Dastardly Duo" or not, but that's how they were usually referred to on "Wacky Races"

They were cartoon villians, a skinny guy and his dog.. , I wanna say something akin to Huckleberry hound, but I don't think that's right. The "boomerang" channel has the cartoons.
