What are graphics measured in?
I know that resolution is measured in pixels (e.g. 1920x1080) and memory and storage are measured in MB, GB, TB, etc. Is there something that graphics are measured in? If so, what is are the graphics of most games for the PS3 or Xbox 360 nowadays?

"Graphics" do not have any quantitative system of measurements.
How they're displayed could be measured of course. Resolution is one way if it's a 2/d image. You could even calculated area, or if it's a 3d image... volume.
But there is no real 'measurement' per se.
Perhaps if you were able to clarify a little more as to what you mean, or perhaps even why you are asking
