i need a comic strip that is about people who dwell on the past versus those who live in the moment (this has to do w/ emotional states not time periods)
or one about people dwelling on the past and another comic strip about those who live in the moment is fine.

well, your question is a bit hard....but, "For Better or For Worse," by Lynn Johnston might be useful. I don't really know if that will help you or not. You'll find this comic strip at fbofw.com or on Yahoo's comics page.
