    Lol no! In movies you can always tell the baby they use is like 3 months old.

    If you're talking about in movies - nah. Most of those babies are a few months old.

    I laugh so hard when I see movies where the women is bearly sweating and then makes one big noise and out comes a 3 month old baby! hahaha... yeah! realistic!

    Simulate mind-numbing, intense pain and you'll have no problem with it. A certain warmth, joy and excitement will also add to the preformance, to seperate acting out the miracle of birth as opposed to some kind of an accidental injury.

    babies on fictional tv birth scenes are usually at least two or three weeks old

    in what show? if they are in "A Baby Story" or something like that, yes. if the "baby" is shown wrapped up totally in a blanket, then chances are that it's fake.
