Yes you can retain your maiden name in your passport; however your passport should mention your marital status as 'now married' & the name of your husband as in his passport & the marriage certificate issued by the Marriage Officer/Registrar should also be added. This the minimum requirement necessary for you to get a resident/spousal visa for any foreign country as these two things mentioned in your passport confirms not only your marriage to the person on whose basis you apply for resident/spousal visa but even legally confirm your marriage certificate further. Indians are very popular with foreign agencies using all sort of bogus/forged documents/certificates etc hence all the foreign agencies including the immigration departments through out the world want to confirm each & every document you use for immigration to their country. The proper marriage certificate issued by the marriage officer/registrar, Apostilisation of the marriage certificate, changes with regard to marital status in the passport & the mention of name of the spouse therein are all basic things every one should get it done before any one signs & submits his or her application for resident/spousal visa in any country, otherwise remain prepared for getting "refused" remarks.

If your passport is still in your maiden name and your tickets are as well then there's no problem how do they know you were recently even wed? If your tickets are in your married name but your passort hasn't been changed bring your marriage certificate and any other ID that has been changed to your new name. Passports take a while to change so I am sure they would be understanding. Call the airline in advance to see if they can change your name to your maiden name if you think it will be a problem.

    Yes,

Visa will be issued in the name which is printed in your passport If you have not changed your name in the passport then the visa also carries the same name and there are no issues.

If in case you change your name in the passport after issue of visa then you may have to inform the UAE officials and get the visa also in your name as per passport.

For any other legal or govt work which may need your spouse reference then you have to show your marriage certificate which is duely stamped bye UAE consulate in India

Yes, you can. However, your passport has to indicate your marital status( mentioning the spouse's name). this needs to be supported by a marriage certificate. All upporting documents have to be in the same name, to avoid confusion. You need to maintain consistency, even after getting your permanent residence( green card).

of course you can keep your maiden name, why would that be a problem? Just make sure you have information like marriage certificate with you to prove that you, with your maiden name, are married to him...
