Yes you can retain your maiden name in your passport; however your passport should mention your marital status as 'now married' & the name of your husband as in his passport & the marriage certificate issued by the Marriage Officer/Registrar should also be added. If your passport is still in your maiden name and your tickets are as well then there's no problem how do they know you were recently even wed? If your tickets are in your married name but your passort hasn't been changed bring your marriage certificate and any other ID that has been changed to your new name. Passports take a while to change so I am sure they would be understanding. Call the airline in advance to see if they can change your name to your maiden name if you think it will be a problem.
