Do you spend more time in R&S in "attack" or "defend" mode?
How interesting the forum's most militant angry Christians stayed away from this question altogether...

Well, some days, like today, it seems that every other question in R&S is about homosexuality, so if I answer those at all, I'm probably more or less on the defensive - except I don't think of it as "defending" myself, but rather as injecting a douche of common sense in the midst of all the fetid pseudo-religious nastiness.
Nor do I think of criticizing certain aspects of religious dogma as "attacking," although I suppose certain very religious people are bound to see it that way.

I really just come here to answer question on issues I have knowledge in. I really on ly go onthe attack when I see somone use arcane information to try and disparage a faith. And that would be any faith. I personally am Pagan and I find it's teachings fit me as a whole. This does not mean I will bash a christian or an athiest for their beliefs. This is simply not my place. So when another does it I tend to get a little aggressive, as it were. I usually find myself ignoring question I find require an answer that would harm another. And no I am not wiccan.

I try to be in defend mode as often as possible. That is not to say that I never attack, just I hope that it does not come to that often and people do not see me as an attacker.

Hello,
Initially on the defend mode which can easily switch to attack mode if the question or comments are outright lies or self contradicting.

I'm always in defensive mode. I think that's why I get so weary of this place at times. But I don't have it in me to "attack" so I'll continue to just defend my beliefs and carry on...
