Performance Rating of the Congress (both Houses)?
So far in this Election season everyone seems to be spending all their time and energy debating the merits of the presidential candidates or attacking both the current and former (Clinton) presidents. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the lowest) what rating would you give for the House of Representatives and the Senate?

10. They haven't accomplished anything, yet they see fit to take a two week break for every single holiday that shows up on the calendar while the rest of America works to pay for their incompetence.

Congress is all about partisan politics and getting re-elected. The American people seem to be very low on their priority list.

With the margin so narrow, needing 60 votes to get any meaningful legislative change , and the Republicones continuing with their venomous obstructionist policies, I believe we are headed in the right direction. Let the investigations begin and perhaps the criminal element in the White House will be removed.
