WHEN I TURN ON MY SINK. THE WATER COMES DOWN IN A SOLID STREAM (LIKE A PEE STREAM) IT IS SO FORCEFUL ITGET THE COUNTERS ALL WET SOMETIMES. IT DOES NOT SPREAD OUT LIKE A NORMAL STREAM WHY??

depending on your area it could be hard water and calcium build up on the inside of the tap. take a look-see and poke around

The aeration vents on the side of the aerator, the screw-on attachment on your faucet, may be clogged or the internal screens may have been reassembled out of proper order.
Aerators are not that expensive. Just go over to the hardware store and get another.

There should be an aerator screen that fits into the faucet near its end.
It's prolly missing.
Pick up a new replacement at the local hardware and get to it, man.

Your pressure regulator has failed. It is located outdoors near your water shutoff. Dangerous. The water lines hot and cold to your washing machine could burst and flood the house. Call a plumber.

Adjust the flow of water coming from your pipes. If you tighten it some the water should be less forceful.

no aerate screens in the tap head
