I have a big problem with your conspiracy theory which has everything to do with that I'm over fifty. My impression of the Joker was formed more by the comics than by anything else. Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson clearly designed him to look like a Circus Clown -- someone from Ringling Brothers, say or the movies Jumbo or Dumbo. That's why I had such a big problem when I saw the Heath Ledger makeup. What a waste -- Souxie Sue was very Punk (and Goth) and very funny. She knows far more about that sort of Glamor than Hollywood ever will, given the new Joker and the women who were well written but visually the low point of the Dresden Files.

Obama just does not look like a circus clown to me at all. At all. Sorry.

I have always found his smile to be a bit large but I've never thought that he looks like the Joker.
