How can I lose weight?
I'm 12 stone and trying to lose weight but have only succeeded in gaining weight. When I have a meal it's generally healthy but I like chips, coke, cake and chocolate snacks too much and don't really like fruit. I don't really feel I have time to exercise as I work full-time and it then takes me 1.5hrs to get home, and often after work I'm too tired to do anything but do cycle on weekends. Although my man wants me to be thinner, he's not much help and expects me to get on with it. Please help.

Well, your man sounds like an *** for starters :P
I was 11 and a half stone and am now 10 (+1 lb grrr) and i have lost it over about 4 month just by sticking to 1200 kcals.
I eat whatever i want, but make sure to keep within the daily allowance.
If i am dying for a curry, i will eat nothing during the day and then have a curry for my evening meal.
I also eat a lot of ready meals so i can see how many kcals are in everything.
I don't do ANY exercise.
What you will find happening is that you will feel hungry and find that the food you like, chips and cakes, will not fill you up very much at all.
By insisting on sticking within your allowance, your food choices will change... you will WANT to have a jacket potatoe instead of chips because it will fill you up!
The first two weeks will seem like hell, but then you'll see the scales change and it will seem much easier.
Switch to Diet coke.
My favourite tummy fillers are things like baked beans, bean caserole, toast, egg whites and fish fingers... protein is great at keeping you full!
Do NOT buy snacks at all. Do not buy them for other people, do NOT keep them in the cupboard!
I made my fella a cheesecake yesterday and its sitting in the fridge... i keep taking finger fulls! The temptation is too much... avoid it at all costs!

I lost a lot of weight a few years back and I've kept it off. Try Trim Right. It's a herbal supplement which is totally non addictive, will suppress your appetite and boost your metabolism. Good luck - I know how hard it is x

Do not skip dinners. Your body will revert to help starvation mode and store even the littlest amount of fat content in what we subsequently eat, causing you to reduce your metabolism and put on weight.

So you want to lose weight without changing your diet or doing any exercise. Newsflash, you won't, not with that attitude. You sound defeated before you even start. Loosing weight is hard, I know, I've just lost 4 stones, and it doesn't happen without sacrifices, which you're clearly not ready to make.

Tell your man to get stuffed? You sound like a nice, ordinary healthy sort of girl. You should cut out the junk food though.

Sit on a yoga ball as an alternative to a chair to work ones core.

Just try cutting out food inbetween.
Have fixed Meals...and only 3 meals a day.
