I know this question was asked a while ago but I think it's still relevant.
The math is quite simple. I usually jog at 7 miles per hour, so that's .11666 miles per minute (7/60). If I want to run 5 miles non stop at this rate, 5/.11666 = 42.859 minutes.
Similarly, if I ran 8 miles per hour, 8/60 = .13333 miles per minute. 5/.13333 = 37.5 minutes.
Hope this helps anyone who was looking this up.

I'd say the time it'd take to comfortably run 5 miles without stopping depends on the runner. However, I'd say that the range of comfort in five miles is probably about 35 to 45 minutes altogether, which is a 7 to 9 minute pace.

Look for a time frame around 9 minutes. so roughly if you keep that pace, about 45-50 munites for 5 miles.

If you are a runner and in shape then prapably around 40 to 45 minutes. if not a runner but in shape 50-60 minutes. If not runner or in shape go to the hospital cuz you gonna die.

Okay, I think they're all off, definitely 8 minute mile pace. That's perfect, any faster and it is difficult and any slower and it is too slow to do anything for you. 40 minutes for 5 miles is good.

depends on who is running. average runner is a 6 min mile i'd say. so thirty minutes plus about 7 for getting tired, so 37 minutes. or maybe 40.

Like many people said before me, It completely depends on the runner. But I'm guessing anywhere from 30-50 minutes.
