Update:

My close friend advice not take alcohol, not to smoke, other friend advice walk daily in the morning.

    Choose rough ways of your life first.. so you can enjoy easy ways in ur life....Love urself so u can love others...be Loyal, true and honest to ur family, friends and the one u love the most..keep ur those friends away who takes u to the wrong directions..be able to recognize right ppl in your life..
