Why do questions begining with "Spiritually Speaking" have nothing to do with Spirituality?
I find it rather ignorant, and a little annoying.

The fact that they have nothing to do with spirituality is the exact reason why they start with spiritually speaking.

It just makes the question fit the category. Why is that ignorant. It is intentional.

They think by putting that in their question that it won't get deleted since what they are asking is off topic.

they think their unrelated question won't get deleted that way. But if evryone reports those then they will disappear quickly.
