I never expect that each of us will have an equal level of command over any language, as the same depends upon several factors.I feel it sufficient that they are able to convey their feelings and thoughts.

The reason that I like to believe is the whole texting and IM craze. People are so caught up in getting things done fast that they shorten sentences, which go to shortening words, which go to totally screwing up a sentence. Because it is accepted and is practiced so much, it translates into their everyday lives. Sad, Isn't it?

Because the modern public educational system with its "whole child" nonsense is a total failure.
