Ok here it is:

I eat but never get full

My brothers are in thousands

I make things that are far close

What am I?

Good luck w/ this, my uncle made it up, and i thought it was pretty good.

If no one gets the answer right before the deadline, i'll just leave it up to the voters and reveal the answer!!

    A determined decision! lol btw: it can't be the castle's shadow. Because a thousand men could hold up a huge mirror, and, using the sun, shine it at an angle towards the castle. Voila! The shadow moves... here's a better riddle: What's big, hard, and full of semen?

    Sounds like a car to me.

    Eats (Guzzles) gas and gets less full, not more

    There are thousands, if not millions, on the road

    When you go somewhere that was far, it is now close
