Yes, my 18 month old had this, probably minus the stomach pain (she never complained) it turned out viral, took her 4 days to get over the fever, and another week to get over the flu. the body temp rises when the body tries to fight a virus in the body, but watch her closely if she doesn't get any better in the next few days take her to the doctor again, also, when she is on medication are u able to get her temp down below 100? if not, and i see u giving it to her every 6 hours, then maybe talk to her doctor asap and ask if you should give it to her earlier as in every 4 or 5 hours. but never ever increase her dosage unless he says so, bcs it can lead to poisoning since her body won't be able to handle a high dosage of medication, let her rest, plenty of chicken soup.
her headache was most likely from the fever, and stomach pain, not really sure but maybe the virus is in her stomach? watch for diarrhea or vomiting, if it happens keep her well hydrated and consult her doctor.
Hope she feels better

Best advice: Alternate between childrens motrin, and childrens tylenol every 2-4 hours until the fever goes away. Should go down pretty quickly with this method.
