I moved several months ago and keep getting phone calls harrasing ones for someone who does not live here. I called and changed my phone number and they started back up again. I tried to *69 the number and it comes up unavailable to talk with a manager . The address they tell me the number is too is not the address I live at so I dont understand why I keep getting the calls. This person even had someone trying to serve a warrent on her. I am at my wits end to get the calls to stop what is my next step?

A guy at work is selling a used beretta hand gun it is beretta model 92 D 9mm no idea on how old it is. appears in great condition normal wear. I have looked online but can not find a price. The guy is asking 360.00 Is this a good price?

I purchased 2 nintendo ds lites for christmas. the seller posted in the listing it had warrenty on them for 30 days . we'll both of them had issues one the battery would not stay charged and the other the top screen would not work. so I was told to send them back for a refund. I didnt mind sending them back. I sent them priortity insured and tracking. he got them but now will not respond to my emails, i tried to go through paypal and ebay and sure enough it has been more then 30 days so they will not help me. i wouldnt mind if it was a few dollers but were talking almost 200.00 what can I do legally

I am getting ready to refinance and was just told that a FHA home appraisal on a 150,000. loan was going to cost me 450.00 the last appraisal we got 2 years ago was only 300.00 . why is it so high. I am worried Im getting screwed what should I do about it. we are going through a mortgage broker.

I have a samsung ntsc I have downloaded all the software and drivers. but I can not get the computer to show the video. I have windows movie maker and it shows the samsung but when I go to capture it says the device is not responding , close any other aplication that is using the device and try again. I have tried everything I can think of the camera is turned off , turned on player, turned on camera nothing else is running so how can I get this to work.

my mother blood type is AB mine is 0- I know my mothers is correct because she donated blood and I also donate blood and have had 2 kids and had to be tested due to RH factor. I found a merchant marine card of my fathers it said B I can not find out for sure with him because he has passed away. As far as I have seen there is no way I can be there child due to blood type. my 6 year old started with a fever of 104 monday night I took her to the family doctor tue. morning and she sent us to the hospital. all she complained of was a headache and stomach pain. so they did a urine blood work and sonagram and CT scan. said it was not apendicits and said it must be viral.I stll have a 6 year old with a temp ranging from 102.2-104.5 while taking tylnol and ibuprofen every 6 hours. has this happend to anyone else? hight temp but no symptoms? her stomach pain is not as bad as it was now it comes and goes but is in the same spot.

Ok a friend of mine has a small truck a 90s model small truck. sorry do not know the model or make. anyhow took it to the shop and they said it was the fuel pump and it would cost 600 to fix. we'll I told her she should have shopped around . They pick it up today and the bill was over 900.00 they charged over 350.00 in labor. shouldnet this cost been disclosed before they started working on it? I am so sick of the credit burro. I seen something on my credit from adelphia. I have adelphia that is now comcast. I set up a new account 3 years ago no problems. it says I owe them 68.00 I called and was like how did I set up a new account if I owed money. Oh no you dont owe money you must have been behind and we submitted it and then we got the money. so they put me on a 3 way call with credit protection they had no infromation of this account. So I'm like we'll get it off my report they tell me I have to. SO I do a dispute and guess what it comes back verified. SO now what. They told me they did not have any record of a late balance YET they say this account it good to credit burro.

I found this recipe in the 2004 southern living book called sauteed shrimp with country ham and capers. Page 241. I was wondering if anyone has had it. It looked good but the ingredients are expensive so I dont want to try it without knowing if anyone has had it. I would love a picture but can not find one on the internet. recipe calls for:3lb shrim, butter, olive oil,1cup country ham,1/4cup white wine,3 T lemon juice,2Tcapers,1tsp cajun seasoning,2T parsley.
