What's the term means 'WORLD PEACE'? USA thinks they're in peace, same to France or China or a little independent island too. That doesn't mean WORLD PEACE. In fact, all the sovereign states & their citizens should feel the peace-----that might indicate so-called 'World Peace'. Who is going to let others be in peaceful?

The word "PEACE" is a relative matter. So it's tough to forecast a peaceful world. Do you know guns or arms are always against 'peace' & USA is producing as well as exporting ( sometimes forcibly or with tricky traps) to other country, who has less money to buy food. Okay, let that poor country say NO to USA! Can you guess what tricks would USA play? It's not only USA---all the so-called superior one doing the same over inferior one. Well, I'm optimistic, so I dream of a world with peaceful countries---don't know when & how.

The world is at peace observe it.

Apparently not! We have all read the slogans about the myth of peace and ways to achieve it.

What is peace? Where does it begin?

Peace from what?

Peace from thinking?

After all it is thinking that leads to wars!

How can a world of self centred individuals ever find peace?

What is the nature of being totally interested only in ones self?

Maybe finding the answer and moving beyond will point to peace.

NO, never.

1. People do not like things that are drastically different from themselves.

2. Government politicians are too corrupt, and have too much at stake to leave things alone.

3. When there is money/ resources/ jobs at stake, there will always be a struggle, whether that be violent or not.

4. People don't necessarily want peace. War on TV has become just like another entertaining reality show to them.

5. We don't give a **** about people in Africa, or third world countries, etc.

Isn't there supposed to be peace after The Rapture? I need to read up on that more. But yes, only after that happens. Otherwise there will always be conflict in the world until that end.

There will never world be peace.

Unless you can convince all people to embrace the religion of all others there will never be world peace.

never it is not in our human nature our jealousy of someone who is doing better will always make the weaker attack of hopes of taking the resource, food, power, or land. It is just not possible for humans to have world peace even little covernsations about anything can turn to a arguement. Also religion has increase war belive it or not by saying whoever belives it will recieve something (reincarnation or heaven witch is a bunch of crap because once you die your dead) will make people like Adolf Hitler attack jews.

Trouble with seeking World Peace is that everyone wants everyone else to change. If people concentrated their efforts at changing themselves, then there would no need to ask or seek peace.

I dont think there will ever be. That's why most people hope they could get in heaven. Did you see how people are? Even just having a village peace seems impossible.

Not untill people stop thinking for themselves and stop learning.

Actually the human race is probably the most peacefull.

Even the trees and grasses exist on the death of the other!

World peace isn't going to happen as we will never be able to agree on if it is the peace we want.
