Can you identify this reversible electrical tool and help me replace it?

It's a pair of wire strippers 10-20 AWG / 2.6mm-??mm that reverses to a pair of diagonal cutters. I've broken the tip of the mm side of the strippers and would like to replace them. The handles actually flip around and are curved (like the Klein Kurve) and are covered in black plastic with red rubber/plastic inserts on the convex side of each handle. The metal of the handles is regular steel but the strippers and cutters are black steel. Obviously, there is no brand name on these or I'd be having an easier time replacing them. If anyone has a tool like this (I've seen a similar tool with needle nose pliers) could you please tell me the brand name and where I could find a replacement pair? Thank you.

Check Home Depot. They may not have the exact replacement, but you may find something else that will work.
