It is my opinion that the economy would not be in such bad shape if it weren't an election year. People's attitude drives the economy. Economists expect a tremendous recovery shortly after November. A similar situation occured in 1992. In fact, the day he was elected the worst economy since the depression suddenly recovered and was great again. In one day did Mr. Clinton revive things. Not hardly. However, people had confidence and therefore the economy recovery became factual. Those that don't believe me, wait and see. This will be especially true if a democrat wins. If McCain wins dems will continue to find everything wrong with everything. Maybe the nay seeers on both sides need to rethink things.

Out economy has been in the tank since the Housing Market crumbled last August. The Next President, Republican or democrat will have to ask for an increase in taxes to pay for the debts of Bush and the Republican Controlled Congress from January 20, 2001-January 3, 2007. This is the time period when Bush and Republicans controlled The White House, Senate, and House of Representatives. During this time frame, They managed to give us the Largest Broken and misunderstood entitlement program since LBJ. During this time, Bush never once vetoed a single Republican Spending Bill. Government Spending increased during this time period.

Neither.
Only Ron Paul, because Ron Paul is the only candidate proposing to place full control of the money system back into the hands of ELECTED representatives.
Obama + Clinton + McCain = More of the same.

Neither of course. Both are extremely liberal and openly promote socialist ideals and policies. They have nothing in common with the people that founded this great nation on freedom, free markets and individual liberty.
We need to lower tax rates and redo the entire tax system, cut spending dramatically on non-essential government services (ie, eliminate most of what government does) and return this great nation to the vision and original intent of our Founding Fathers.

Neither!!! McCain, because the democratic party was taken over by hardline socialsts in the 1990s after years of concentrated funding from the Soviet Union and China. It is the mantle of Socialism to gain control of a government by spreading hate and discord.
The only way this can be accomplished is that the people are led to believe they are in dire straits. Therefore, democrats are fully invested in what is wrong with American life, they are committed to destroying the middle classes through taxation & regulation and totally devoted to creating distress and division among it's people.
“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."
