I spent some of my last six years in the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan, and few other Asian cities and still enjoy doing it. Japan has fantastic culture and arts. I've never seen a place as clean as Japan, and people as industrious, orderly, respectful to authority and peaceful as the Japanese. Once you visit their country, you will find the Japanese very interesting people. They don't fail to bow and show respect even to strangers, and points to their nose to emphasize "I" or "me". Its common to see them bowing a lot while talking with someone on the phone! Their cultural heritage sites like ancient castles, temples and shrines are amazingly well preserved. Culture and arts at their best! I'm into Asian culture and arts studies.

3 AnswersOther - Computers1 decade agoHow does Obama handle the critical Asian affairs especially Japan in appointing his ambassador?

Is it all political payback this guy Obama is up to when dealing with important ally countries like Japan? John Roos is just some good campaign money sorter guy but not qualified to become an ambassador. What is the motive for this?
2 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoLike what they have done for Obama, who do you think will media decide to become US President in 2012?

11 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoDid president-elect Barack Hussein Obama lied to the Americans on Blago affair?
Did president-elect Barack Hussein Obama lied to the Americans on Blago affair?
"Obama said Thursday he had never spoken to Blagojevich about the Senate vacancy and was "confident that no representatives" of his had engaged in any dealmaking over the seat with the governor or his team. He also pledged Thursday that in the "next few days" he would explain what contacts his staff may have had with the governor's office about the Senate vacancy."
14 AnswersElections1 decade agoIs there a conservative media to give fair political coverage?
it seems people are lead to nothing but hype and propaganda for a candidate lacking in experience and has not shown any modest accomplishment except show his color and brag an unsubstantiated change. what is happening now is unprecedented attempt to dupe the gullibles.
7 AnswersElections1 decade agoHow much campaign debt is Hillary Clinton left to settle by herself and her supporters?
It is apparent that she's not getting any help from obama despite their dramatic presentation of helping one another including settling her debt. I'm impressed how the rookie Senator with no experience can get away with this against a Clinton.
3 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhat is Obama's new politics since he insists McCain belongs to the "old politics"?
Is part of this his (BHO) audacity to tell lies like claiming the Senate banking committee as his own when he isn't even a member?
Or to tour Europe to campaign when he didn't even lift a finger on his Senate Subcommitteee on European Affairs when he was its chairman?
Or his flip-flopping on different issues like the NO PRECONDITION talk with despots and on FARC, Iraq and other more?
Why are the honorable media giving him a free pass on these?

6 AnswersElections1 decade agoWill HILLARY run as INDEPENDENT now that it is very clear that she can NEVER get Justice from the DNC gang?
Who supports this move to show that the DNC is wrong in giving delegates to the candidate who decided to withdrew his name from the ballot, to send message to the Dem gang who collaborated to take Clinton down because of selfish and egotistical reasons, AND give America the chance to gain back their old good economy through a Clinton Presidency?
Will people give the justice due Hillary Clinton by electing her President even as Independent?
