The liberal media followed Obama's trail during the campaign and failed miserably to investigate anything questionable. They got their candidate of choice elected and the "hands off" sign is still visible today and will be for 2012.

I know that you watch Fox and definitely listen to Rush by the way you framed the question. You seem to find it impossible to believe that the American public could choose someone for themselves.

While I do agree that the media does have some affect on public sentiment, you drastically underestimate the amount that the candidates control their own destiny. I think that you also fail to understand just how fed up with the Republican party that the citizenry really is. That was probably the biggest factor that won the election for Obama.

I think that the RNC will definitely run Palin in 2016, and probably in 2012, but 2012 is Obama's to lose. The media will have less and less affect on the elections as the internet with it's independent bloggers and news sources become an even bigger part of peoples lives.

Your assumptions reek of the Tamany Hall style politics of decades ago. The internet and the youth movement are making that style more and more obsolete with every passing year.

I hope you realize that this is getting really old. The media does not choose a president. The fact that both Clinton and McCain ran almost identical totally ineffective campaigns had nothing to to with the media. It is pretty obvious that with the media controlled by Republicans, if they could have they would have made a Republican a winner. But just continue on with your delusion and you can expect the same result in 2012. In the mean time, however, give it a rest. This is getting very annoying!

I know one durn thing I stopped watching TV compleatly because I got sick and tired of seeing and hearing Hussaine Obama all over the TV. They just ran that crap down our throughts. I got a gut full of it before Nov.4th,and it just got worse after that.
