This is a HUGE story. Someone needs to get this to Fox News for them to break. Obama being not able to run for the Presidency would show how inept the Democratic Party really is.

The answer to both questions is "no." The case will be dismissed, and the Republicans will simply forget it ever happened and continue to insist that there is something wrong with Obama's citizenship.
