Will HILLARY run as INDEPENDENT now that it is very clear that she can NEVER get Justice from the DNC gang?

Who supports this move to show that the DNC is wrong in giving delegates to the candidate who decided to withdrew his name from the ballot, to send message to the Dem gang who collaborated to take Clinton down because of selfish and egotistical reasons, AND give America the chance to gain back their old good economy through a Clinton Presidency?

Will people give the justice due Hillary Clinton by electing her President even as Independent?

I will vote for her either as a Democrat or an independent--and maybe it's time for her to create a new party!

No of course not, its impossible to win as an Independent and that is not what she is doing. She knows, as do the rest of us long time Democrats, that Obama is not the real nominee of the voting Dems in the party but he has gotten the halo from the DNC which could not be more corrupt and more old time smoke filled room politics. We are not going to win the White House this year. Hillary is just getting ready for next time. McCain is likely a one term President and thats good because we need someone like him in there right now to bring calm to this country. Hillary will be the candidate next time. Obama was a fantasy of the lunatic left wing of the party but he does not stand the test of time or scrutiny. He has gotten a pass on all of this in the rarified air of a liberal hug fest which is this year Dem Primary. They have moved heaven and earth to keep him from losing but his record is awful and he cannot win. What did this do to the Dem Party? Well had it been a Clinton/Obama ticket we would hold the White House for 16 years and have the first female and first black Presidents. Not going to happen now. This is what the lunatic left means to the party, they simply elect Republican Presidents. These are the people who have given us Mondale, Dukakis, Gore, and Kerry. They like to think they gave us JFK but they did not as JFK was a moderate, centrist President who appealed to everyone. The DNC now just produces candidates who cannot win. Do we not want to win, or do we just want to complain all the time, like some tiny fringe party in Italy. Do we want to be angst ridden student newspaper types or do we want to shape this country and move it forward. I don't think we do. We sure have made a mess of this. First order of business should be to throw Howard Dean into a dumpster with Jimmy Carter and look for new leadership.

This would be a prime opportunity for her to run and win.

Quite frankly, this is probably her only shot at the presidency as far as I can see...here's why I think that is the case.

Scenario #1 She endorses Obama and is not offered or turns down a Vice Presidential slot and Obama loses...and she tries to run in 2012, it's not going to happen. People are already starting the talking point that she's trying to tank Obama's chances. Plus...Obama is a liar. He said if he didn't get the Presidency he wouldn't run again, but I believe he would run again...because he lied when he said he wasn't going to run this time. And you better believe the DNC will back him again. Cause like I said, they'll blame Hillary.

Scenario #2 She endorses (sans VP slot) him he wins, he has a lame duck presidency, the party is going to stand behind him even if it means a guaranteed loss in 2012. He will be of course the presumptive nominee after all. Think that can't happen? Think Jimmy Carter. At the earliest Hillary Clinton couldn't get her shot until 2016 and that's no guarantee.

Scenario #3 She accepts his offer (if he gives it) to be Vice President...they lose, she'll get the blame. (She's going to get it either way, remember, Obama is never responsible for his associations the divisiveness of this primary season nor is he responsible for party unity, even though he said he could get her voters but she couldn't get his.) This will of course effectively kill her chances for 2012...once again cause I think Obama will try and run again himself.

Scenario # 4 They win, they have a wonderful presidency, the grass is green the sky is blue, gas is 10 cents a gallon. She's still waiting until 2016 and given Obama's backstabbing nature, there is no guarantee he'll endorse her at the end of his term. Sorry, but he's a snake.

This party is pushing her out. Take for instance New York. People have been floating the idea, just the idea mind you, of her possibly running for a Governorship of that state. There is already a cry against it by the "black leadership" because she hasn't said she won't run. Because to put it in their words..."We already have a black democratic candidate." (Paterson is said to make a run for it in 2010).

Now look at what I wrote, they're upset because she hasn't said she won't run...not that she's said she will run but cause she hasn't said she won't. This says to me that Hillary is not allowed to run against black candidates...ever. That does not sound like a party that is interested in this candidate ever having a leadership role in it. Sorry.

As for people saying she'll split the democrats...some...but she's getting the majority of dyed to the wool Democrats. Remember, Obama's claim to fame is Independent voters and disenfranchised Republicans...along with a smaller chunk of Democratic voters (smaller than Hillary's).

So...I say...Independents will break for McCain. Cause for whatever reason the populace has bought into the lie that this guy is a maverick. He and McCain will basically be splitting the independent vote (all save me, I'm an independent for Hillary). Same with the Republican vote...but Obama will get a smaller percentage than McCain. Sorry...but even though he was pulling a bigger share of the Republican vote than Clinton...it was only 10%. He's got no leeway there. McCain is still not beloved by the Republicans...so they may not be energized to come out in enough numbers of significance.

That leaves Clinton. She has a nice independent count, I think she will energize Republican women to vote for her. She's got the Latino Vote. She may not have the African-American vote (she has this African-American's vote though) but remember. Kerry had 86% of the African-American vote and still lost. She's got the Asian vote, Jewish vote and GLBT community vote as well. She's got just enough of a coalition to actually win in November. Cause unlike the Democratic Primary...there is no proportional delegates...it's all or nothing. Which, if that had been the case during this primary she would've easily surpassed him.

She is liberal enough and conservative enough for the vast majority of Americans. Which is why they've been breaking towards her this late in the game that's a trend that will hold I believe.

The Bull-Dagger Rotton-Klinton got a gift. The DNC should of stuck by its rules and excluded the states in question. I really do hope the worthless Runt runs as an independent. That would split the leftists and insure some common sense leadership for our nation.

    Go McCain in 08'

Look Jack, she can run in 8 years, calm down about this thing. Obama has won this time around she will have her chance. Also I would agree with your argument about him choosing to remove his name, exept that Hillary chose to sign a document saying that Fl and MI should not count.

I will support her as a Democrat in 2012, by never as an independent. She would be a good running mate, and after that she could have 43 years of experence, she would win a landslide. What do you say?

The democratic party has been hijacked again by the most liberal

They never learn...if they want to win they have to be moderate...they cannot win without us conservative democrats

Hillary go independent then retire..you will either be president or go down in history in the most written about election in American history. Its a win ..win

If she runs as a independent Obamas money will dry up as all will see he cant win.

Even though the Democratic Party has more or less abandoned her, I can't see her abandoning the party. She's not like that.

If Obama gets the nomination, I will write her in and so will all of her supporters.

she should, the DNC won't give second chances, remember Gary Hart, Dukakis, Al gore , Kerry, Edwards....

    is now or never baby..

and a obama mama-clinton ticket still a losing ticket.

I rather Vote for Dick Chenney :-)

Yes please.. Hillary go Independent!!! and please take your supporters with you.. If she goes Independent there is even less chance as she has now to win BUT atleast some of her sour grape supporters won't be helping the republicans by keeping McCain in the race and ANOTHER 4 more years of Bush. . Please go INDEPENDENT PLEASE! hahahaha

But after her going Independent and loses there and whines and cries and makes even a bigger fool of herself, what party will she destroy in 4 more years when no party wants her?

The idea that the economy during Clinton was all his doing is foolish at best.

He had 8 years of Reagan to set it up.

Preceeding that, a Democratic president had the economy in shambles.
