well,, I love a girl.... Sometimes girls need time before they can just come out with all their feelings, it is a hard thing to say and she is probably just nervous.

U really wanna test her love ???
Then stop talking to her for some days, show her that you have forgot her and show her that u are busy in something.
Just watch out for the reactions, see how is she responding to u, don't be harsh or something like that but show her that u are bit busy and there is something more important than love in life.
