OMG like The Yankees lost to the Royals , they should send Hughes to The Minors like ASAP agree?

LOL, Im playing some people need to chill the Royals are a Improved team and good and young which i give credit to.

The Hughes thing someone asked a question sayin they should send him down, He is still young and will have his ups and downs like any young pitcher.

LOL - you had me for a minute! There's definitely a lot of Chicken Littles overreacting early in the season!

Hope no one was giving you trouble on Y/A! :)

Phil Hughes is my favorite and also the one I feel will be most successful. Ian Kennedy is the most polished of the three coming into this season, he does remind me of a young Mike Mussina but with a much better fastball. But I feel he will be the 3rd best from the bunch, but then again 3rd best will be getting almost 20 wins per season and will have an ERA around 3.25 to 3.50. And Joba, the special one, he should be left in the bullpen so he could succeed the best closer in the history of baseball, Mariano Rivera. He'll be #2 only because Hughes will be the ace of the staff for years. But #2 is going to get you 40 plus saves and an ERA around 2.00 and well over 9 strikeouts per inning. Any way you put it if these guys become half what they're suppose to the Yankees will be spending a lot of money on these three guys for years to come and we'll see a lot of #31, #62 and #65 jerseys in new Yankee Stadium.

Every pitcher has a bad day. And yeah Hughes is still young and in a couple of years he'll be better, but hes good right now so...when he gets better he'll be great. I think he will keep improving as the years go by.

I totally agree the Royals are getting better. But the Yankees pitchers are still too young, and need to have Joba Chamberlin start.

nah i hope all of the Yankees young pitchers get hammered all year long, id love to see the Yankees in dead last

no matter how the Angels end up doing, i would be so happy to see the Yankees in last

of course i want my team to succeed, but if i was told the Angels had to have a bit of a down year for the Yankees to be in last place, id gladly take it, just to see the Yankee fans have to swallow all that over inflated pride

No, they should not send him back to AAA they would win nothing by doing that. Hughes has already proven himself and by the way who are they going to call up to start in his position?

I say leave him on the team, he will do better and he is going to get better.

He is young and cant be unproven by losing one game

or as we should call them, the Kansas City thieves. some excellent base stealing was done today by the Royals.

Good times in Kansas these days.

Good one. A little late for April's fool, but a good one nonetheless.
