Concave toenails: What on Earth is wrong with me now?

Hey yall. My toenails have gone concave. What is this a symptom of? Or if anyone has a good site I could consult, that would help too. I have read the wikipedia stuff already, thanks.

Probably a B12 deficiency. B12 is one of the few vitamins that your body's enzymes break down before being able to use too much of it. SO if you don't get the benefit while in chewing it (nutrients absorb into your blood stream while in your mouth.. thats why nitro for heart patients work so fast) then you won't get much good out of it.

So get a B12 spray or take EXTRA B12 foods/vitamins. You should see results in less than two weeks if this is your problem.

FYI If anemic you would be REALLY tired even when you have had 8-10 hours sleep. SO if your not really tired you need B12.

    Good Luck

spoon nails are a sign of anemia, but you did only mention toenails and not fingernails, so not sure. mention it to a doc
