Those are questions you want to maybe refer back to, or ones you just want to keep an eye on. I use it for questionable things that I'm not sure of, and periodically I go in and clean the thing out. It's just a tool you can use if you choose.

Your watch list is associated with the contacts linked to your account. Basically it allows you to see what your contacts are doing.

The watch list is for you to be able to keep an eye on some questions without other users knowing.
I use it to keep an eye on enemy activities.

Just items or questions you want to save for future use.Dont think many people use it,at least i dont.
