What is your favorite healthy snack?

I am trying to eat healthier and I started adding yogurt into my diet. Now I am addicted to wheat thins dipped into my yogurt. Looking for more healthy snack ideas that are quick and easy.

Update:

I maybe should have added this before... I can't eat nuts, seeds, popcorn, most raw veggies and am allergic to most fruit.

I have a bad tummy :)

Personally I like nature valley bars which are a really good healthy snack and can be eaten for breakfast.

-Fruit smoothies are really healthy with yogurt [since you are becoming addicted to that lol] and honey. They are also really tasty.

-Peanut butter and apples are good. Just not too much peanut butter...and there's always the ants on a log with raisin and peanut butter on a celery stick

-Fruit salads and any type of nuts are really good for you too.

-Happy trails mix..when you combine 1 cup whole-grain toasted oat cereal with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup dried cranberries for a healthy trail mix.

    Happy eating!

-Air popped popcorn. Usually I have a plum or apple slices with it.

-Graham crackers with cream cheese spread

    - raw veggies with salad dressing (use dressing instead of dips because they are thinner and you wont be able to use as much on your veggies)

    - I love melba toast with melted shredded cheese on it!

    - regular bits and bites (homemade is much better than store bought, but still not bad!) add some dried fruit to the mix, or just have something like apple slices with it

    -strawberries dipped in yogourt

oh gees, I could go on! lol

OK, first find out if you tolerate Beans well. if you do I suggest trying Hummus. it's main ingredient is ground garbonzo beans or chic peas. My favorites are from brands called "Athenos" and "Tribe of the 2 shieks" And I like it best with Roasted red pepper added. it is a great snack with crackers or warm Pita bread. you might want to ask a doctor about using beano or some digestive enzyme product. as this might help your stomach tolerate a wider range of foods. Cheers.

Apple chips dipped in cashew butter....OH MY GOD.

I also try to eat a big salad for one meal each day with different variations, favorite toppings are grilled chicken, chickpeas, broccolli, radishes, tunafish, apples, and pears (not all together!!)
