I know there are Flight Nurses that work for the airline companies and Flight Nurses that are Military Nurses. Which were you looking to get into?
A Flight Nurse in the Air Force would need a BSN (usually 4 years) and then to go through training they provide. A Flight Nurse for the airlines would need at least a BSN and some experience, probably in emergency nursing, and then apply with them.

Well to become any nurse over a doctor is a is a huge difference. Just to become a regular MD is at least 7 years of school and then a residency that is another 2-4 years. Becoming a nurse is 4 years (for a bachelor's degree which is recommended). Not many places will take a new grad into flight nursing. Most require 1-2 years of experience first in a hospital setting.
